Elopement Fallen Leaf Lake South Lake Tahoe. Emily and Patrick got married in a sneaky fashion at Fallen Leaf Lake South Lake Tahoe. Dry weather had been plaguing the Lake Tahoe Basin for quite some time and the King fire was a raging blaze during their wedding day bringing miseable and unhealthy smoke to the area.  Luckily, the weather took a change for the best dumping rain on the blaze and made a very unique setting for their rendezvous. It’s said that rain on a wedding day is good luck, and they sure did luck out with an awesome setting. The rain didn’t bother them at all as we got creative with the situation and had a great time documenting their marriage.
