West Shore Cafe and Homewood Mountain Resort Wedding Lake Tahoe. Wedding season is somewhat winding down up at the lake and I was super stoked to be a part of Amanda & Tim’s wedding day. Just this last spring we had a really fun engagement session down in the east bay area at the Lafayette Reservoir where they love to spend time. Their love story began in the outdoors up in Tahoe so it was fitting to have their wedding up at Homewood Mountain Resort. Incorporating their Scottish heritage, their color scheme incorporated navy and green accents. Tim even wore his kilt which was a real rad personal touch. They also had a bag piper who also played at Amanda’s parents wedding. Their wedding took place atop the summit of the Quail Chair which was offered up a gorgeous view of good ole’ big blue. Amanda rode up the chairlift with her dad and parasol so Tim could not see her until she walked down the isle. Once she did, Tim’s face lit up and the ceremony took place under happy blue skies. After the ceremony and a fun chair lift ride down, the reception at The West Shore Cafe with an elegant arrangement from Jiosia Designs . The celebration continued outside on the lawn with the brisk fall chill in the air. We scored a rad sunset and everyone had a great time. Congratulations Amanda & Tim.
