However, if one of your family members has a lakefront home for you to use for your big day, call that an extremely advantageous fringe benefit. Karen and Gabriel got married a couple of weeks ago at Gabriel’s uncle’s beautiful lakefront home on Lake Tahoe. Nestled just past the very popular Cave Rock in Glenbrook, the home was a great setting for their day. Karen & Gabriel both hail from the city in the bay where Karen is a teacher and Gabriel is a very talented artist who works in a variety of media including oil and acrylic, watercolor, charcoal, pastel, etching, digital and mixed media. Guests and family members traveled as far away from the Philippines and with the beautiful setting in place, their wedding day was filled with happiness, fun, drinking and lots of action on the dancefloor! One of the most memorable events of the night was when Gabriel’s dad Stephen, serenaded the couple with his harmonica. He played a solid freestyle set with his harp and thoroughly impressed everyone in attendance!
