Congratulations Jennifer and Ryan!  They traveled up from San Francisco to tie the knot in South Lake Tahoe at Aston Resorts Lakeland Village.  Lakeland Village is a great laid back beach wedding venue with a family oriented appeal.  Family is very important to Jennifer and Ryan as most of their guests pretty much everyone stayed at Lakeland’s great condominium accommodations.  Both avid snowboarders, Ryan in particular, decided that a Tahoe wedding would coincide with his love for the mountains and snowboarding.  He loves is so much that instead of having a guest signing book, they decided to have a guest signing board.  They chose a rad board at that…a Lib Tech with signature artwork from snowboard legend, Jamie Lynn.  I’m a snowboard junkie myself with over 25 years of riding experience, I can share their enthusiasm for an epic ride!  They also had very colorful decor that matched their theme quite well.  Red and Cyan accents riddled the venue in a fun and playful way.  I really liked the addition of the pixie stick straws which allowed me to do some unique detail photos with their rings.  The guys were strutting some old school B&W Nike Swoosh runners which they pulled off well in their suits.  The girls were rocking bright red dresses with flip flops and then changed out to some cute mint platforms.  Jennifer added some nostalgia and memorabilia to her attire as she took some embroidery details from her mothers wedding dress and had it sewn into her veil.  All those little details made the day extra special for them and really made the day their own. All the guests had a great time as the dance floor was always full until they had to turn it down.  Congrats again Jennifer and Ryan!
